The SAP planning applications lead will also play a key technical architecture role in the on-going multi-year programme to systemise the financial planning processes across the organisation. </span></p> </div> <div> <p><span style="color:#21115a">This is a high-profile role and will be critical to the success of bringing efficiencies and new capabilities to Glanbia. </span></p> </div> <div> <p><span style="color:#21115a">The role will be aligned to our Dublin or Kilkenny offices but can be hybrid. </span></p> </div> <div> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="color:#21115a">Job Responsibilities </span></strong></p> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="color:#21115a"> <p><span style="color:#21115a">Ownership of the SAP SAC Planning and SAP IP applications in Glanbia, </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="color:#21115a"> <p><span style="color:#21115a">Lead the technical architecture for all enhancements and solution developments on the SAP planning applications, </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="color:#21115a"> <p><span style="color:#21115a">Support the financial budgeting and planning processes across Glanbia, </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="color:#21115a"> <p><span style="color:#21115a">Management of the financial planning applications team, including programme delivery, capability development, resource allocation. </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="color:#21115a"> <p><span style="color:#21115a">Work closely with our implementation partners to ensure all new planning applications are robust, follow best practice and meet the business requirements. style="color:#21115a">Qualification & Experience Requirements </span></strong></p> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="color:#21115a"> <p><span style="color:#21115a">Relevant 3rd level education </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="color:#21115a"> <p><span style="color:#21115a">7+ years working with financial planning applications including experience in managing systems implementations from a technical stand point. </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="color:#21115a"> <p><span style="color:#21115a">Experience in SAP IP or SAC planning, </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="color:#21115a"> <p><span style="color:#21115a">Experience working with managed service providers would be preferred, </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="color:#21115a"> <p><span style="color:#21115a">Experience with financial / accounting data structures. </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="color:#21115a"> <p><span style="color:#21115a">Accountancy background is not mandatory but would be considered favourably, </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="color:#21115a"> <p><span style="color:#21115a">Experience in managing a team of SAP analysts </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="color:#21115a"> <p><span style="color:#21115a">Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for understanding complex business processes and functions. </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="color:#21115a"> <p><span style="color:#21115a">Experience of working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple projects or applications at the same time. </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul
