Senior Payments Analyst (fixed term) Glanbia Enterprise Solutions Join this dynamic team focused on delivering better nutrition for every step of life’s journey The Opportunity A vacancy has arisen for a Senior Payments Analyst in Kilkenny OR Citywest, Dublin 24 on a 6 month fixed term contract basis <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li style="color:#230f4d">Preparation and Reviewer of Monthly Consolidated P&Ls and Balance Sheet for internal commercial reporting purposes and for Group consolidation.</li> </ul> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li style="color:#230f4d">Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes, including responsibility for balance sheet integrity.</li> <li style="color:#230f4d">Act as the primary liaison between the Genpact EMEA team and the Glanbia team, while overseeing, supporting, and managing Genpact in the successful delivery of their new responsibilities</li> <li style="color:#230f4d">Project managing key business processes throughout the year including month end and year end cycles, and internal and external audits, from an accounting and controlling standpoint.</li> <li style="color:#230f4d">Coordinating and managing key stakeholders and contributors both internally and externally as part of the GPN International divisional Group and Statutory audits.</li> <li style="color:#230f4d">Cash management and treasury duties, liaison with the Group Treasury function.</li> <li style="color:#230f4d">Ensuring that commercial and statutory financial reports are completed on time and being continuously developed to meet the changing demands of the business.</li> <li style="color:#230f4d">Promote and maintain a rigorous control environment with appropriate level of documentation and controls compliance testing. Identify areas for control improvement and working with business partners to implement change to improve the control environment.</li> <li style="color:#230f4d">Ensuring compliance with all accounting, tax, and legal requirements across the countries in the region.</li> <li style="color:#230f4d">Assisting the Financial Controller International on the on-going development of the finance function ways of working and its support of the commercial operations.</li> <li style="color:#230f4d">Implementation of financial control system and recruitment of resources into acquisitions.</li> </ul> The Skills you will bring to the team <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li style="color:#230f4d">Must possess a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> <li style="color:#230f4d">Prior experience with SAP ERP system required.</li> <li style="color:#230f4d">Ability to map and create process improvements.</li> <li style="color:#230f4d">Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization.</li> <li style="color:#230f4d">Intermediate personal computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.</li> <li style="color:#230f4d">Must be able to prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments.</li> <li style="color:#230f4d">Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
