Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad in-house experience across commercial contracts, corporate transactions and advisory work in a fast-paced multinational environment. This is a development role, ideally suited to a candidate seeking to build strong commercial judgment and practical risk management skills, while working closely with senior members of the Group Legal diligence, drafting and negotiating certain transactions agreements (e.g. confidentiality agreements, and heads of terms), co-ordination with external counsel, and supporting the integration of the
