DAM Business Analyst Glanbia Enterprise Solutions Role Overview The DAM (Digital Asset Management) Business Analyst acts as a key bridge between the Business and IT by translating Business needs into detailed requirements and technology-enabled use cases. They develop a deep understanding of the opportunities, risks, and issues facing the Business, and advise on how technology solutions can be used to achieve / resolve them. This permanent opportunity reports to the Foundation Tech Product Manager. deliver training sessions for key users and support teams.</li> <li style="margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;margin-left:0.0px">Monitor and report on application usage and adoption to ensure ROI realization.</li> </ul> Continuous Improvement <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;margin-left:0.0px">Identify and implement automation opportunities within DAM and related processes.</li> </ul> Support & Escalation <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;margin-left:0.0px">Act as the point of escalation for complex issues raised by the Application Support team.</li> <li style="margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;margin-left:0.0px">Provide expert guidance on troubleshooting and resolution.</li> </ul> The skills you will bring to the team <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;margin-left:0.0px">Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering), or equivalent experience.</li> <li style="margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;margin-left:0.0px">Career experience in Food & Beverage or other related industry highly desirable.</li> <li style="margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;margin-left:0.0px">Proven experience in eliciting and managing detailed business requirements.</li> <li style="margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;margin-left:0.0px">Good business knowledge in a relevant functional domain (e.g., IT, Finance, R&D), and how the opportunities, risks, and issues in these domains can be addressed by technology.</li> <li style="margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;margin-left:0.0px">Experience in analysing business challenges using structured frameworks and methodologies.</li> <li style="margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;margin-left:0.0px">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for developing technology-enabled use cases and analysing Business needs.</li> <li style="margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;margin-left:0.0px">Experience in modelling system processes;
