They support to maintain QHSE best practices and act as focal point for process of customer complaint. style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Supports QHSE team to record and follow up on Monitoring customer complaints.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Supports and encourages continuous improvement of the QHSE best practices.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Supports QHSE team on handling the Document Management System.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Supports to prepare monthly dashboard (including among others QC, QSE Assessment, loading and offloading reports).</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Supports QHSE team to implement the best practices in transport and warehouse processes.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Supports to create Acceptance Quality Limit (AQL) document, ensures that validation process has been correctly performed.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Supports to ensure that detailed specification is used in RFQ, RFT and Contracts in order to enable Quality Controller and/or Inspection Companies to inspect the purchased products correctly (measuring, examining, testing or gauging characteristics of a product or service.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Works in close collaboration with purchasers on corrective of goods specifications, collects and validates required Certificate of Analysis.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Supports implement quality-control process (documentation, Equipment and Sample Management...), ensuring that only the latest versions of QC documents are used by Quality Controller or Inspection companies.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensures that Quality Control and Inspection Company’s work is performed according to ICRC standards, in a transparent and accountable manner.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Supports QHSE Team to validate inspection reports (reference samples testing, QC, quality inspection reports prepared internally and externally by Inspection companies).</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Communicates testing results to Purchaser, Warehouse Manager, and QHSE team respecting internal rules.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Investigates any discrepancy in quality, or quantity of items received from Suppliers, before further actions.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Suggests corrective actions in case of non-conformity (i.e. quality penalty, or lot rejection).</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Upon request, it performs measuring, examining, testing or gauging of items in order to ensure that the quality requirements are met.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensures that the JD Edwards quality-management module is properly used.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">In close cooperation with regional QHSE team, conducts Quality Social and Environmental assessment of suppliers in the country and region (including short support missions when necessary).</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Supports on communicating Corrective Action Plan to suppliers through subject matter
