JOB SUMMARY The Sales & Training Executive (STE) is responsible for driving sales through managing, developing, and increasing the overall growth of spa accounts within their territory and identifying and securing new business accounts that support meeting their goals. The ideal candidate will be a licensed esthetician with an extensive background in selling skincare to high-end spas/salons, a passion for the skin care industry, excellent time-management skills, a relentless desire to hit sales targets.
