About this role
<p>The Finance Business Partner will ensure the accurate and efficient management, reporting and control of the Shiseido Benelux Group operations.<br>He/She will work with the Finance Manager to develop appropriate financial and business controls in line with Shiseido EMEA and Japan HQ requirements. He/She will play a key role in the budgeting and monthly closing processes and will be expected to actively seek opportunities to standardize and streamline existing processes.<br><br><strong>Main responsibilities</strong><br><br>• Prepare Affiliate budgets P&Ls in collaboration with Finance Manager. Follow-up & monitor.<br>budgets P&Ls in line with Affiliate objectives.<br>• Set up the monthly closing and rolling forecast.<br>• Prepare & ensure yearly Financial closing in collaboration with Accounting Department.<br>• Oversee and improve all financial aspects and implement strong systems, processes, and controls to support Commercial Department.<br>• Manage the end-to-end process of internal group reporting.<br>• Sell In monitoring and Sell Out transmission to headquarters (BOTAN).<br>• Be the main point of contact of EMEA RHQ Finance team.</p> <p><strong>Profile</strong> </p> <p>• Academic/Master degree.<br>• High level of interpersonal skills and potential for people development skills.</p> <p>• High level of organizational skills and ability to keep track of all current relevant priorities.</p> <p>• High level of analytical skills with the ability to interpret and develop immediate action plans.<br>• Strong relationship and stakeholder management abilities, both internally and externally.<br>• Strong system skills.<br>• Fluent in French, English.
