Leggett & Platt Inc. is the largest manufacturer of carpet cushion and hard surface underlayment in the United States. As HR/Safety Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage the full HR and Safety functions for the Salisbury, NC manufacturing facility with a headcount of up to 70 employees. You will work closely with the Branch Manager, HR Director, and corporate Safety Manager to ensure compliance with Corporate and Branch policies and procedures and that operational HR and safety needs are satisfied.
