This role partners closely with Global Shared Services (GSS) and HR Technology to deliver scalable compensation processes using Workday and related tools. A successful candidate will have a background in compensation, HR analytics, or financial analysis with the ability to learn and understand compensation methodologies.</span></p> <p escalation point for complex compensation cases and inquiries from GSS, applying sound judgment and ensuring consistent and equitable outcomes.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Manage and support compensation tools and related processes to enable accurate and efficient compensation decisions.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Participate in salary surveys and market practice studies ensuring accuracy of data and benchmarking.</span></li> <li
