This role oversees maintenance teams in each location, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality upkeep of all Mountain Division resort buildings and infrastructure, asset protection, and guest and employee experience. The position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to support resort operations and guest experience. This position reports to the home resort’s Director of Base Area Operations with a direct dotted line to the either resort’s Director of Base Area Operations.
