Job Specifications: <ul> <li>Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $24.23/hr</li> <li>Employment Type: Year Round</li> <li>Shift Type: Full Time hours available</li> <li>Housing Availability: No</li> </ul> Job Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Clean guest units, offices, and common areas (including restrooms) at the property ensuring adherence to Vail Resorts quality, health, and safety standards</li> <li>Replenish amenities in areas including, but not limited to guest units, offices, and common areas (including restrooms)</li> <li>Maintain inventory and organization of housekeeping supplies in work the cart and storage closet</li> <li>Report any lost and found items, damage, safety concerns, maintenance needs, accidents, or injuries to management</li> <li>Train, monitor, and delegate tasks to new employees ensuring adherence to company housekeeping policy and standards</li> <li>Provide excellent customer service to all guests, teammates, and management; responding promptly to any requests</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> Job Requirements: <ul> <li>1-3 years of previous housekeeping experience preferred guest service or hospitality a plus</li> <li>Must be able to communicate in English, bilingual a plus</li> <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule including split shifts, nights, holidays, and weekends</li> <li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.</li> <li>Must be able to stand for extended periods, up to 4 hours while consistently bending and lifting</li> <li>Detail-oriented, self-motivating, and strong communicator, both written & verbal</li> <li>Must be flexible, adaptable, versatile, and responsive to the needs of the housekeeping responsibilities</li> </ul> The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $24.23/hr.
