Maintain files of inspection, checklists, and reports.</li> <li>Deal with a variety of emergency or unusual problems that may arise.</li> <li>Maintain tools and equipment.</li> <li>Follow appropriate safety and security procedures.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with immediate supervisor, company personnel, and co-workers to plan and coordinate activities, exchange information, resolve problems, etc.</li> <li>Support the maintenance team in all other aspects of daily operations as business need requires.</li> </ul> Job Requirements: <ul> <li>2–4 years of maintenance or repair experience (preferably in food service, hospitality, or facilities environments).</li> <li>2-4 years HVAC experience</li> <li>Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.</li> <li>Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.</li> <li>Willingness to learn, take direction, and develop into a lead/advanced technician role.</li> <li>High school diploma - preferred.</li> <li>Can operate power tools.</li> <li>Ability to deal with guests in courteous and efficient manner - required.</li> <li>Must be 21 years or older and provide a current driver’s license and a Motor Vehicle Report- required.</li> <li>Ability to perform all job duties and other tasks as assigned.</li> </ul> The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $26.55/hr.
