You're a beauty pioneer who embraces every shade this is your moment to <b>Belong to Something Beautiful</b>. <br><br><b>Key Responsibilities</b><ul><li><b>Deliver personalized beauty experiences:</b> Provide tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client's needs.</li><li><b>Demonstrate product expertise:</b> Share knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.</li><li><b>Stay ahead of trends:</b> Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice that keeps clients coming back.</li><li><b>Drive results:</b> Sephora Canada sets you up to thrive in your role so that you can exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.</li><li><b>Maintain a beautiful space:</b> Support inventory, merchandising, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.</li><li><b>Foster inclusivity and teamwork:</b> Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered</li><li><b>Uphold Sephora Canada standards:</b> Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience</li></ul><br><b>Flexible Scheduling and Reliability</b><ul><li>Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours:<ul><li>Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week</li><li>Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week</li><li>Flex (as needed): 0-14 hrs/week</li></ul></li><li>Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)</li><li>Punctuality and consistent attendance</li></ul><br><b>Qualifications/Experience</b><ul><li>Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment</li><li>A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment</li><li>Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge</li><li>Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds</li></ul><br> <b>Meaningful Rewards</b><br><br> The compensation ranges between <b>CAD$17,00 - CAD$20,00/hr.</b> Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition.
