As Corporate Events Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing impactful internal events and supporting larger field and external programs across the Americas. You’ll be part of a collaborative Events & Design team that’s united in beauty, supported by those who are equally passionate about delivering meaningful, on‑brand experiences. <h2>What You’ll Do:</h2> <ul> <li>Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of small to medium‑scale live, virtual, and hybrid events</li> <li>Independently manage events from concept through completion while contributing to large, multi‑day conferences</li> <li>Partner closely with internal business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact</li> <li>Manage all event logistics, including timelines, budgets, registration, travel, hotels, production, and staffing</li> <li>Source, negotiate, contract, and manage vendors and venues while maintaining budget accountability</li> <li>Oversee onsite execution, including managing event staff, volunteers, and production schedules</li> <li>Ensure events reflect Sephora’s culture, brand, and business objectives</li> <li>Coordinate pre‑production planning, run‑of‑show development, and internal alignment meetings</li> <li>Troubleshoot issues in real time and proactively mitigate event risks</li> <li>Deliver post‑event reporting, including budget reconciliation, attendance data, surveys, and insights</li> <li>Occasional evenings and weekends based on event schedule</li> <li>Up to 15% travel required</li> </ul> <h2>What You’ll Bring:</h2> <ul> <li>5–6 years of corporate or agency event production experience</li> <li>3–4 years of experience producing small to medium‑scale conferences end to end</li> <li>2+ years of experience leading and producing virtual or hybrid events</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field</li> <li>Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams</li> <li>Proven budget management experience across programs ranging from $50K to $1M</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using event management and virtual event platforms #AZ-LI1</li> </ul>What You’ll Get: The annual base salary range for this position is $117,895.00 - $131,765.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
