The opportunity As an Electronic Engineer within CSIRO’s National Collections and Marine Infrastructure (NCMI) research unit, you will play a key role in developing advanced electronic systems that enable critical marine and atmospheric research. Working alongside multidisciplinary experts, you’ll design and deliver bespoke instrumentation and embedded solutions, taking ideas from concept through to testing, deployment and ongoing support. You will contribute to impactful scientific programs, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and help deliver technologies that operate in challenging real-world environments. You will work on meaningful projects that support ocean and climate research with real-world impact, while being part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary science environment.
