The reliability specialist will demonstrate accountability for increasing equipment reliability by improving time between failures of industrial equipment while reducing equipment downtime and manufacturing costs. This role works collaboratively with the engineering functions as well as other departments to develop, implement and maintain standard mechanical and/or electrical processes incorporating industry best practices. The reliability specialist creates maintenance technical standards and standardized work practices in collaboration with subject matter experts.
