<p><strong>Purpose of the Role</strong></p> <p>The IT Product Mgr is responsible for managing and enhancing the platforms that support enterprise process management and test management. This includes <strong>SAP Signavio</strong>, <strong>SAP Cloud ALM Test Management</strong>, <strong>automated and AI‑supported testing solutions</strong>, <strong>WalkMe</strong> and potentially <strong>LeanIX</strong>.</p> <p><strong>Profile </strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Own and manage the lifecycle of SAP Signavio, including Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, and related components.</li> <li>Drive process documentation standards, governance, and adoption across the organization.</li> <li>Serve as the primary IT contact for business stakeholders regarding process management and test management topics.</li> <li>Manage SAP CALM Test Management and modern testing frameworks, including AI‑driven test automation, to support efficient and high‑quality application delivery.</li> <li>Own and support WalkMe as the platform for digital guidance, in‑app support, and user onboarding.</li> <li>Translate business needs into product roadmaps, functional requirements, and implementation plans.</li> <li>Provide consulting to project, business, and product teams on process design, test strategies, and optimal use of process‑ and test‑management tooling.</li> <li>Ensure stable, secure, and scalable operation of all assigned platforms.</li> <li>Support integration of Signavio, CALM, and testing tools with SAP and nonSAP systems.</li> <li>Plan and manage product‑related costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating cost impacts of roadmap and scaling decisions.</li> <li>Promote tool usage through training, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and architectural standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Experience with SAP Signavio (Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, Insights) and/or SAP CALM Test Management.</li> <li>Knowledge of automated testing tools, AI‑supported testing approaches, and modern testing methodologies.</li> <li>Experience with WalkMe or similar digital adoption platforms is an advantage.</li> <li>Familiarity with LeanIX or similar enterprise architecture tools is an advantage.</li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Ability to translate business processes into technical requirements.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Qualifications</strong> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Fluent English, <em>German welcome</em> </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Willingness to travel (approx. 10%). </li> </ul> <p> </p><p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Recruitment Team<br>For questions please contact us via [email protected]<br>Please apply exclusively via the “Apply now” button.
