At Körber Supply Chain Automation, we’re looking for a Service Technician – Onsite Field Service who will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction.</p> <h2><br><strong>Location:</strong> Pyskowice (Silesia)<br><strong>Start Date:</strong> 2026</h2> <h2><br><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Performing inspections, repairs, and maintenance on warehouse automation equipment and systems.</li> <li>Diagnosing faults and troubleshooting issues with warehouse automation equipment and components.</li> <li>Liaising with the technical support department when resolving issues.</li> <li>Collaborating with the client’s maintenance team on machine and equipment repairs.</li> <li>Ensuring compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2><strong>What you bring to the table:</strong></h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>A technical degree or technician qualification in automation, mechanics, electromechanics, electronics, or mechatronics.</li> <li>Relevant professional experience in maintenance and servicing of automated systems, ideally in intralogistics.</li> <li>Technical education in automation, mechanics, electromechanics, or mechatronics.</li> <li>Experience in a similar position within a Maintenance Department.</li> <li>Practical knowledge of automation and electrical engineering.</li> <li>Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.</li> <li>Willingness to work shifts (equivalent work schedule).</li> <li>Willingness to work at heights (we provide training and full safety equipment).</li> <li>Basic knowledge of English (communication and understanding of documentation).</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2><strong>Preferred:</strong></h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of the CMMS system.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of PLC diagnostics.</li> <li>Possession of SEP and UDT certifications.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2><strong>What we offer</strong></h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Private health insurance (with the option to include your family members).</li> <li>Summer bonus and holiday bonus.</li> <li>Stable employment based on an employment contract.</li> <li>Employee referral program.</li> <li>Option to join the retirement savings plan (PPK).</li> <li>We provide the necessary certified training.</li> <li>Internal training within the Group to facilitate onboarding, as well as external training to enhance qualifications in warehouse automation.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2><strong>Why join Körber?</strong></h2> <p> </p> <p>At Körber, we don’t just deliver automation — we deliver innovation.
