Join the home for entrepreneurs!</p> <p> </p> <p>The Financial Analyst will oversee the end to end P&L forecasting, validation of preliminary figures and variance analysis needed to support rolling forecast and budget cycle.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <h2><strong>Your role in our team</strong></h2> <ul> <li>You will collect, interpret, and analyze financial data from internal and external sources to identify trends, variances, and opportunities</li> <li>Create accurate and timely financial reports, summaries, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders</li> <li>Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast Order Intake, Revenue, Operating expenses, cash flow, and profitability</li> <li>Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals and market conditions</li> <li>You will work closely with finance, accounting, operations, and other departments to gather data and ensure accuracy</li> <li>Perform additional financial analyses as requested by management or other departments</li> </ul> <h2> </h2> <h2><strong>Your profile</strong></h2> <ul> <li>You have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field</li> <li>Proven track record in developing financial models, analyzing financial statements, and supporting strategic business decisions</li> <li>Experience with financial software and ERP systems (Sales Force, SAP, LucaNet, Picasso) is preferred</li> <li>Ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends, patterns, and insights</li> <li>Proficiency in building, maintaining, and interpreting financial models using Excel or specialized software</li> <li>High level of accuracy in data analysis, report preparation, and forecasting</li> <li>Knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization tools</li> <li>You are able to clearly present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders verbally and in writing</li> <li>Capability to identify financial challenges and recommend actionable solutions</li> <li>Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently</li> <li>Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and departments to gather data and support business objectives</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Eligible applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
