<h2>Tasks:</h2> <ul> <li>Lead and coordinate IT/SAP projects across the Körber group, ensuring delivery on scope, time, and quality</li> <li>Consult and support internal customers with a strong focus on project governance and solution delivery</li> <li>Analyze business processes and design integrated, end‑to‑end solution architectures</li> <li>Drive and oversee customizing, configurations, and continuous system optimization</li> <li>Facilitate workshops, requirements engineering, and cross‑functional solution design sessions</li> <li>Manage SAP implementations, rollouts, and upgrades including planning, budgeting, and stakeholder alignment</li> <li>Collaborate closely with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless execution</li> <li>Ensure high system reliability and user satisfaction through proactive support and structured issue management</li> <li>Enable innovation through SAP S/4HANA, cloud solutions, Salesforce and modern integration technologies</li> <li>Optimize Order-to-Cash and Service processes incl. pricing, billing, returns, and logistics integration</li> <li>Contribute to SAP platform standardization and scalable global template development</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <h2>Profile</h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Professional experience in SAP consulting or IT project delivery (in-house or external)</li> <li>Solid expertise in S/4HANA and at least one SAP module (SD / CS / TM)</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset</li> <li>Proven ability to take architectural responsibility and lead functional workstreams or sub‑projects in global environments</li> <li>Hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end processes spanning SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce Service Cloud</li> <li>Hands-on experience with SAP customizing, configuration, and integration of complex processes</li> <li>Experience guiding international, cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholder groups</li> <li>Clear and structured communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for decision‑makers</li> <li>Effectively manages and resolves conflicts to support productive business outcomes</li> <li>Bonus: Salesforce Service cloud, Experience with SAP BTP, Fiori, APIs, or EDI integrations</li> <li>Fluent English (German is a plus)</li> <li>Willingness to travel up to 10%</li> </ul><p> </p> <p>Recruitment Team<br>For questions please contact us via [email protected]<br>Please apply exclusively via the “Apply now” button.
