<p><strong>Purpose of the Role</strong></p> <p>As an SAP Inhouse Consultant Finance (CO/FI), you’ll play a key role in designing, optimizing, and driving modern finance processes especially in SAP - working closely with business teams and IT colleagues across the company.<br>With a strong <strong>agile mindset</strong> and a passion for <strong>shaping the future</strong>, your are working closely with business teams and IT colleagues across the company and help to deliver high‑quality IT services and products that support business success.</p> <p><strong>Profile</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as a trusted partner for our business units, advising them on end-to-end finance processes and their implementation in SAP CO and FI</li> <li>Take ownership of exciting, cross-company projects—either as project lead or key contributor</li> <li>Customize SAP solutions and run functional and integration tests to ensure high-quality implementations</li> <li>Translate business requirements into clear functional concepts and coordinate external service providers</li> <li>Design and deliver user trainings, and support our SAP finance landscape in day-to-day operations</li> <li>Actively contribute to the continuous improvement and modernization of our SAP environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience & Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering—or a comparable qualification</li> <li>Several (5+) years of professional experience with a strong understanding of finance processes, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment</li> <li>A passion for analyzing, modeling, and optimizing business processes</li> <li>Hands-on experience with project management methods and collaborative work in complex environments</li> <li>Knowledge of SAP Finance, Controlling and PS (R/3 and S/4)</li> <li>Ideally, experience with modern BI tools</li> <li>Strong communication skills in both German and English</li> <li>A team-oriented mindset, high service orientation, and the ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Qualifications</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Fluent English, <em>German welcome</em></li> <li>Willingness to travel (approx. 10%).</li> </ul><p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Recruitment Team<br>For questions please contact us via [email protected]<br>Please apply exclusively via the “Apply now” button.
