<p> </p><p><strong>Your role in our team:</strong></p> <p>As <strong>Spare Parts Team Leader</strong>, you will be responsible for coordinating the Spare Parts Sales Department to ensure timely and high-quality responses to customer requests for spare parts supply. You will also promote spare parts sales based on maintenance reports, feedback from technical teams, customer visits, and equipment obsolescence. </p> <p><strong>Main Responsabilities </strong></p> <ul> <li>Monitor the processing of orders from the consultation to the delivery in order to comply with the established with the customer.</li> <li>Ensure good communication with the internal support areas, namely the purchasing and logistics areas.</li> <li>Promote activity monitoring meetings. </li> <li>Develop and monitor activity KPI's.</li> <li>Develop and execute a strategy to maximize spare parts sales, including defining:</li> <li>Promote the sale of parts based on maintenance reports, feedback from technical teams, equipment obsolescence and analisys of customer purchasing history.</li> <li>Promote the continuous improvement process, often re-evaluating processes and working methods.
