These hybrid roles (<strong>3x days in the office</strong>) are <strong>based in the Auckland CBD, with travel required to support our sites</strong>. This role offers the opportunity to pioneer, design, develop and implement Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) systems and frameworks across a large, complex and ever transforming organisation.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">As a subject matter expert in H&S legislation, regulations, risk management, and best practice, you will drive a consistent approach to HSW across the organisation, including within the HSW team. You will be comfortable communicating with a wide and diverse range of audiences, tailoring your approach to take your audience on a journey together whilst influencing them.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">You are an autonomous professional with strong organisational capability, able to effectively manage and pivot in response to shifting priorities within ambiguous environments.
