You’ll be part of a high‑trust environment that supports flexibility, autonomy, and accountability.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">This role facilitates wellbeing and hauora for internal kaimahi, directly supporting frontline staff and people leaders who may be exposed to potential harm from critical incidents, significant change, or a variety of work-related and personal challenges. Demonstrating a commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality, supported by regular supervision and a reflective practice.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Day to day you can expect to work on:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Provide immediate post-incident or crisis support, ensuring kaimahi impacted are identified, supported, and referred to external specialist services.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Delivering inhouse kaitiakitanga, Manaaki and tautoko pastoral care, well being support for kaimahi facilitating them to flourish within their environments</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Question and improve the process by ensuring the intention and delivery align to the development and delivery of meaningful programmes of work.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Tautoko (support) the design, navigation, and delivery of hauora initiatives aligned with the Whanake Ora Hauora Wellbeing Strategy FY2025–2028.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><strong>He kōrero mōu: About you </strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">You are an empathetic wellbeing professional, highly skilled in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships across diverse and varied stakeholders. Employing your ability to facilitate and coach kaimahi while simultaneously maintaining clear boundaries and supporting your own wellbeing through self-awareness and self-regulation in complex and challenging situations.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">You are passionate about achieving positive outcomes through empowerment and transformation, using services, resources, and tools to support and uplift others. Utilising your active listening skills, with the ability to read between the lines.
