You’re known for your ability to provide courageous, constructive feedback when needed, helping to drive positive change and growth across the organisation. </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">You have a strong understanding of New Zealand employment legislation and case law, and you’re comfortable using data and insights to address workforce challenges and guide decision-making. What sets you apart is your ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders, unions, and colleagues, helping to influence key decisions and outcomes. You’re resilient, adaptable, and commercially savvy, with a focus on delivering results.
