Schindler products can be found in many well-known buildings throughout the United Arab Emirates, including Bluewaters, Bvlgari Hotel and, the Dubai Mall.</span></p> <p> </p> <p class="job-title"><span style="color:#dc0000;font-size:40.0px">Service Technician</span></p> <div style="float:left;width:47%"><span style="color:#dc0000"><b>Mobility is the goal</b></span><br> <span class="static-company-tasks" style="color:#000000"><ul> <li>You perform all service, call-backs and repairs on customer’s equipment in an efficient, effective, and professional manner to provide outstanding customer service following the security rules.</li> <li>You respond to all call-backs that are assigned in a timely manner and be available for call-back coverage during regular work hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.</li> <li>You work in a cooperative and sharing manner with other technicians to provide the highest overall customer satisfaction for the branch.</li> <li>You keep the customer informed regarding the condition of their equipment, preventive and corrective repairs, and discretionary repairs or modernizations.</li> <li>You comply with all safety policies and requirements of Schindler and the customer.</li> <li>You complete all required data inputs in a diligent and honest fashion; these include time reporting, parts usage, call back reporting, maintenance performance and repair work reports.</li> </ul> </span></div> <div style="float:left;width:6%"> </div> <div style="float:left;width:47%"><span style="color:#dc0000"><b>Mobility needs you</b></span><br> <span class="static-company-requirements" style="color:#000000"><ul> <li>ITI or diploma holder, or vocational / technical course certificate holder</li> <li>Minimum of two years’ service/maintenance experience in the elevator and escalator industry</li> <li>Proven track record in testing and commissioning will be an added advantage</li> <li>Must have good communication skills – both written and verbal</li> </ul> </span></div> </div>
