You will lead and develop field technicians, coordinate job site readiness, and act as the key point of contact for contractors, customers, and internal teams to support regional objectives. sans-serif">Coordinate daily project schedules, job site readiness walkthroughs, parts/material ordering, and payroll accuracy.</li> <li type="disc"> <li>5+ years of technical leadership experience or elevator industry experience preferred</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant work experience in the elevator industry, construction industry or related field</li> <li>Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage sensitive employee relations with proven leadership skills</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office suite</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and experience managing tradespeople</li> <li>Flexibility to be on call</li> <li>Adaptability in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> Base Salary $113,400 - $141,700 The above represents the typical salary range for this position. Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities.
