From day one, you’ll get hands-on experience in operational projects and have the chance to actively contribute to our production processes. After a comprehensive onboarding, you’ll be involved in key areas like data analysis, process optimization, and team coaching. You’ll be mentored by our IWS Manager and supported by a team that values collaboration, open feedback, and continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities: <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li>Support the implementation and roll-out of a new Operational Excellence approach in production</li> <li>Help drive a cultural shift toward flat hierarchies, Servant Leadership, and employee empowerment</li> <li>Assist with process analysis and continuous improvement initiatives in production</li> <li>Analyze and interpret production data to optimize workflows</li> <li>Step in for leading team members when needed, taking ownership of key tasks</li> <li>Build and share knowledge on systems, tools, and processes with the team</li> <li>Contribute to quarterly planning and help achieve key objectives for the production cell</li> <li>Train and coach employees to enhance their technical skills and support their growth</li> </ul> Is it a match? <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li>You’ve recently graduated (within the last 24 months) with a degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.</li> <li>You’ve got up to 18 months of work experience after graduation</li> <li>Fluent in German and English</li> <li>You’re a quick learner with strong analytical skills</li> <li>You have a passion for problem-solving, continuous improvement, and driving results</li> <li>You are open, challenging and you share your ideas with passion?</li> </ul> Yes?
