Please note that this role is not remote.</em><br><em>Role: permanent.</em><br><em>Please note that only selected candidates will be contacted and there may be a few weeks of delay.</em></p> <p style="text-align:left"> </p> <p style="text-align:left"> </p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-size:18.0pt"><strong>Factory Finance Manager - Montreal</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>PROFILE</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Recognized CPA title</li> <li>More than 7 years of experience </li> <li>Knowledge of the manufacturing sector (asset) </li> <li>Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint</li> <li>Bilingual (French, English)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>SKILLS</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Strong presentation skills (written and spoken)</li> <li>Strong analysis and synthesis skills</li> <li>Ability to learn and adapt quickly </li> <li>Ability to handle several projects simultaneously</li> <li>Leadership skills and demonstrated initiative</li> <li>Ability to interact well with people at various levels within the organization </li> <li>Highly organized</li> <li>Strong interest in learning on using the artificial intelligence at work</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>MAIN DUTIES</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Coordinate all of the department’s financial functions (production costs, changeover costs and capital asset tracking)</li> <li>Perform all the financial activities within the Integrated Work System (IWS) and promote it</li> <li>Ensure preparation of monthly reports on production costs and financial forecasts</li> <li>Coordinate and supervise the annual budget process and financial presentations and ensure consistency with the manufacturing presentation</li> <li>Prepare and present business cases (Capex / Opex / special projects)</li> <li>Make sure accounting and internal audit policies and procedures are followed</li> <li>Prepare various analyses and presentations and coordinate internal audits</li> <li>Contact point with external audit as well as Canada Revenue Agency</li> <li>Sit on the steering committee and provide support for all the factory’s financial matters</li> <li>Work with other team members to improve business processes and information systems</li> <li>Supervise and lead the Finance department, made up of 3 employees</li> <li>All other related tasks</li> </ul> <p> </p><p>Are you ready to join us?
