Join us and become a key link between business needs and technology solutions.</p> <p>The position will be based in <strong>Izmir, Torbali</strong> and will be reporting to <strong>IT Business Solutions Manager.</strong> </p> <p> </p> <h2><strong>Position:</strong></h2> <p>As an IT Business Solutions Analyst, you will:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Act as a key connection between business teams and IT, understanding their needs and helping translate them into effective technology solutions</li> <li>Support business transformation by identifying improvement opportunities and managing IT change requests in line with company processes</li> <li>Gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with IT standards</li> <li>Participate in the design, implementation, and rollout of IT solutions (e.g. SAP, BI tools, digital platforms), ensuring smooth delivery and minimal business disruption</li> <li>Support project activities including coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication</li> <li>Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards, and support business continuity planning</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2><strong>Requirements:</strong></h2> <ul type="disc"> <li>University degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, business analysis, or related roles</li> <li>Experience working in multinational environments; FMCG exposure is a strong advantage</li> <li>Familiarity with at least two of the following areas:</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)</li> <li>Cloud / SaaS solutions</li> <li>Mobile applications</li> <li>Digital business solutions</li> </ul> <li>Strong business analysis skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements</li> <li>Good understanding of solution design, implementation, and IT project support</li> <li>Good English</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2><strong>What to expect:</strong></h2> <div> <p>At JTI, we believe great talent deserves great rewards.
