The FMA is also responsible for territory management to identify business/selling opportunities for field marketing program execution. </p> <p style="text-align:justify">As the <strong>Field Marketing Advisor</strong>, you will: </p> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Visits GT/CVS outlets in the responsible territory and drives the Trade Marketing activities.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Ensures the product availability & visibility compliance of the pre-defined portfolio at the outlet level. FMA also solves out-of-stock issues in a timely manner by exchanging or reallocating product if vital</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Responsible for own territory management, including collecting market information, understanding outlet characteristics, shopper profile, and identifying business opportunities</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Initiating a bottom-up field marketing program by collaborating with FMC (Field Marketing Coordinator) and TPSR (Trade Partner Sales Rep.) based on market needs to increase JTI sales.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">In charge of TPSR's monthly important metric audit to ensure TPSR's market operation aligns with JTI direction.<br> </li> </ul> <p style="text-align:justify"><strong>Requirements: </strong></p> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">University graduated</li> <li style="text-align:justify">At least 2 to 5 years of sales or any relevant experience.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Experience in B2C or B2B Sales experience</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Fluent in Taiwanese and English (TOEIC English score at least 500)</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Good command of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Hold a valid driver's license for the vehicle.</li> </ul>
