The role ensures market continuity, regulatory compliance, inventory control & optimization, and cost efficiency, acting as a key contact to the market and as the main interface between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Distributor, and Global Supply Chain (GSC).<br>Operating in a highly complex market environment, the role requires strong ownership, cross-functional coordination, and high accountability to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and execution.</p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:#00bb31"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p>As a logistics manager you will: </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:#00bb31"><strong>Demand, Supply & Inventory Management:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Translate commercial forecasts into executable supply and logistics plans</li> <li>Ensure alignment across S&OP cycles and key business assumptions</li> <li>Define and manage inventory strategies (coverage, ageing, free cash flow)</li> <li>Identify supply risks and drive mitigation actions</li> <li>Ensure readiness for price changes, launches, and commercial initiatives</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:#00bb31"><strong>Distributor & Market Execution Management</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Own operational relationship with distributor ensuring execution excellence</li> <li>Monitor inbound flows, stocks, and service performance</li> <li>Manage and resolve execution issues and supply disruptions</li> <li>Drive continuous alignment between distributor operations and market needs</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:#00bb31"><strong>Regulatory, Tax Stamp & Compliance Accountability</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Ensure full compliance with Track & Trace, tax stamps, and local regulations</li> <li>Guarantee adherence to QMS, audit requirements, and internal controls</li> <li>Act as key contact for audits and compliance topics within logistics scope</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:#00bb31"><strong>Performance Management & Continuous Improvement</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Monitor logistics performance (service, stock, write-offs, cost)</li> <li>Identify optimization opportunities and drive efficiency initiatives</li> <li>Contribute to process harmonization across Iberia cluster</li> <li>Support automation and digitalization (reporting, planning tools)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:#00bb31"><strong>Data Integrity, Planning Governance & Reporting</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Own logistics data accuracy and consistency across planning systems</li> <li>Ensure integrity of IBP / SAP planning cycles</li> <li>Validate key data shared with Finance, GSC, and stakeholders</li> <li>Act as data owner for logistics in Spain</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:#00bb31"><strong>Requirements: </strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Finance or similar</li> <li>5–8+ years in logistics / supply planning / supply chain roles</li> <li>English required</li> <li>Spanish is an advantage</li> <li>SAP (IBP / planning tools) & advanced Excel</li> <li>Strong analytical and data-driven mindset</li> <li>Cross-functional stakeholder management</li> <li>Ability to manage complexity and fast-changing environments</li> <li>Experience with Power BI / reporting automation is a plus</li> </ul><p> </p> <p>Are you ready to join us?
