As a candidate you should have excellent language skills and an international mindset.</p> <p> </p> <p>As Accounts Receivable & Cash Management Expert you will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Bank Accounts Management & Reconciliation</li> <li>Continuous Improvement & Project Coordination (incl. Standardization & Harmonization)</li> <li>JSOX Controls and Compliance</li> <li>Maintain a High Level of Service with all Business Partners</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What will you do</strong>: </p> <ul> <li>Very good understanding of Cash Management (incl. bank statement upload, cash allocation, posting and clearing, bank accounts management incl. opening and closing etc.)</li> <li>Coordination of month end activities according to agreed schedule (incl. key accounts reconciliation, unallocated payments, aged open items and various reporting etc.). Preparation of month-end closing materials, variance analysis and explanations</li> <li>Monitor Financial Crime Prevention Measures (PFC)</li> <li>Coordination of Customer Specific Queries </li> <li>Projects coordination within AR & CM function, including system implementations, process improvements, and transformation initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, progress monitoring, timelines management, and successful delivery of project objectives</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all company policies & procedures</li> <li>Support Management in ad hoc queries/information requests</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Who</strong><strong> </strong><strong>are we looking for</strong>: </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor/Master Degree in Finance</li> <li>Proven experience in Cash Management/Treasury</li> <li>Min. 3 years of experience in a multi-county environment; preferably within Shared Service Operations or a BPO setting</li> <li>Experience in Team Management, supervision, or mentoring of junior staff will be considered an additional asset</li> <li>Leadership capabilities and the ability to drive performance and development within a team</li> <li>Excellent English in both written and oral; additional language will be an asset</li> <li>Very good understanding of IT systems in general (incl.
