Join us in making a significant impact on our safety and sustainability efforts!</p> <p style="text-align:justify"><strong>This role is based in Cairo, Egypt.</strong></p> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <h2><strong>Position:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>As the EHS Manager, you will:</li> <li>Lead the EHS agenda by ensuring full regulatory and corporate compliance across all Egypt Market operations</li> <li>Drive a proactive safety culture through leadership engagement, awareness initiatives, and continuous improvement actions</li> <li>Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans across offices, warehouses, fleet, contractors, and projects</li> <li>Lead incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions</li> <li>Develop and implement environmental management practices, including waste management, energy efficiency, and emissions reduction</li> <li>Design and deliver EHS training programs, ensuring employees and contractors are fully competent and compliant with safety standards</li> <li>Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics, preparing dashboards and insights for leadership</li> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and regional EHS teams to ensure alignment with global standards and sustainability targets</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2><strong>Requirements:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree and a National EHS management certificate</li> <li>3–5 years of hands-on experience in a Health & Safety role</li> <li>Strong knowledge of health & safety management systems, local legislation, and ISO standards</li> <li>Experience in risk assessment, audits, incident management, and compliance processes</li> <li>Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and influence stakeholders</li> <li>Fluent English and Arabic</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li> </ul> <h2> </h2> <h2><strong>What to expect:</strong></h2> <p>Expect wellbeing initiatives, flexible work arrangements, growth opportunities, and excellent benefits, including a unique family leave policy.
