As the senior People & Culture Business Partner for the Sales function, this role provides strategic advisory to Sales leadership, driving commercial performance, organizational capability, and employee engagement.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">By translating business strategy into integrated people solutions across the employee lifecycle, the role ensures robust governance, effective labor relations, and leadership decisions that build a high‑performing and sustainable Sales organization.</p> <p> </p> <h2><strong>Position</strong></h2> <p>As the People & Culture Business Partner - Sales, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with Sales leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce engagement, and capability building</li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor on People & Culture policies, labor relations, and governance, ensuring consistent and compliant application</li> <li>Drive core talent management processes including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, recruitment, and onboarding</li> <li>Support workforce planning, organization design, job evaluation, and rewards execution in partnership with relevant stakeholders</li> <li>Advise leaders on employee relations matters, disciplinary and grievance processes, and labor law compliance</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve People & Culture processes, employee experience, engagement, and data‑driven decision making</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2><strong>Requirements</strong></h2> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field</li> <li>Minimum 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including Business Partnering roles</li> <li>Proven experience supporting commercial or Sales functions</li> <li>Strong background in employee relations, labor law compliance, talent management, and organizational effectiveness</li> <li>Strong business partnering, influencing, communication, and analytical skills</li> <li>Ability to balance people advocacy with business priorities in a fast‑paced environment</li> <li>Fluency in Arabic and English</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2><strong>What to expect</strong></h2> <p>Expect wellbeing initiatives, flexible work arrangements, growth opportunities, and excellent benefits, including a unique family leave policy.
