Key responsibilities include performing reconciliations, managing period-end close activities, supporting intercompany eliminations, and executing transfer price and cross-charge calculations in line with global standards. As an Intercompany Specialist in the area of Accounting & Finance, you will: <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0pt;margin-bottom:8.0pt;vertical-align:middle">Process and validate intercompany customer and vendor transactions in SAP, ensuring compliance with policies, KPIs, and SLAs.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0pt;margin-bottom:8.0pt;vertical-align:middle">Prepare and reconcile intercompany AR/AP reports, resolving discrepancies and handling related queries with stakeholders.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0pt;margin-bottom:8.0pt;vertical-align:middle">Perform transfer price and cross-charge calculations, posting results in SAP based on defined methodologies.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0pt;margin-bottom:8.0pt;vertical-align:middle">Maintain and update process documentation, including user manuals and process flows.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0pt;margin-bottom:8.0pt;vertical-align:middle">Support continuous improvement initiatives, system testing, and process enhancement projects.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0pt;margin-bottom:8.0pt;vertical-align:middle">Execute operational controls, report compliance issues, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0pt;margin-bottom:8.0pt;vertical-align:middle">Collaborate with finance teams and business partners globally, providing support, training, and participation in cross-functional projects.</li> </ul> Requirements: <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0pt;margin-bottom:8.0pt;vertical-align:middle">Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or external audit; background in IFRS or intercompany accounting is an advantage.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0pt;margin-bottom:8.0pt;vertical-align:middle">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification preferred.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0pt;margin-bottom:8.0pt;vertical-align:middle">Strong foundation in general accounting, including intercompany, fixed assets, inventories, receivables/payables, and accruals.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0pt;margin-bottom:8.0pt;vertical-align:middle">Experience supporting internal, external, and tax/statutory audits.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0pt;margin-bottom:8.0pt;vertical-align:middle">Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0pt;margin-bottom:8.0pt;vertical-align:middle">Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0pt;margin-bottom:8.0pt;vertical-align:middle">Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player with a positive attitude and commitment to professional growth.</li> </ul> What to Expect? <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle">At JTI GBS, we prioritize your well‑being with comprehensive wellness initiatives, hybrid and flexible work setups, and benefits like daily meals and shuttle services.
