It provides efficient Customer Service and Supply Chain support through SAP ECC, IBP, MyJTI, and Transportation modules to ensure accurate billing and on‑time, in‑full deliveries. The position also serves as a key link between factories, suppliers, customers, markets, and logistics partners, operating in line with JTI policies and procedures.
