S/he will also take part in Continuous Improvement projects aiming to standardize, simplify and make processes more efficient. In her/his role will be responsible for workload planning and analysis. Manage projects related with significant potential in terms of efficiiency and analyticas provided to customers. S/he is be expected to actively participate in various engagement and personal & career development activities rolled out within the team and the GBS center. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Main areas of responsibility:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Generate and analyze reports for the Marketing - Strategic Insights (SI) team based in the markets. These reports help stakeholders create actions to help achieve company business goals and targets</li> <li>Implement Continuous improvement initiatives to make current reporting processes more efficient and accurate</li> <li>Aid Center Process Manager (CPM) in reviewing new market requests </li> <li>Enhancement and analytical projects management</li> <li>Share and capture the market knowledge, on-boarding of new members</li> <li>Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing basics, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics</li> <li>With 3-5 years relevant experience in FMCG, BPO/Shared Service Center Experience or any related industry</li> <li>Strong command of English Language (fluent oral and written)</li> <li>Good communication skills - this person will be talking to Marketing Directors / SI managers</li> <li>Project Management skills </li> <li>Presentation Skills</li> <li>MS Office (Advanced Excel and PPT)</li> <li>Power BI (Developer Background)</li> <li>Very good knowledge and understanding of business processes</li> <li>Process automation & SQL (reports, maintenance, data structure, etc.)</li> <li>UIPath/Power Automate experience would be an asset</li> </ul> <div id="tor__fextListingLayout_readOnlyDiv"> <div id="tor__fextListingLayout_content"> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Competitive pay and attractive annual bonus</li> <li>On-going development opportunities in multinational environment, wide variety of projects, ambitious goals and independence in achieving them.
