The role ensures informed decision-making and supports business growth through performance tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across markets.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Position:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Analyze commercial performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within RRP business</li> <li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports supporting commercial engine performance tracking</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions</li> <li>Prepares and implements analytical frameworks to monitor and optimize brand, commercial, and consumer performance, including sales, market share, and ROI of trade and marketing investments</li> <li>Owns end-to-end visibility of commercial, consumer, and investment KPIs, ensuring clear linkage between activities, spend, and business outcomes</li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, processes, and data quality within the commercial engine</li> <li>Provide actionable insights to enhance decision-making and business performance</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>University degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field</li> <li>Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence within an international FMCG environment</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with analytics tools, particularly Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint</li> <li>Proven ability to work with CRM systems and make effective use of advanced analytics tools to generate data-driven insights</li> <li>Solid understanding of reporting automation, data processing, and dashboard development</li> <li>Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights</li> <li>Excellent collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional teams</li> <li>Clear and effective communication skills, including presenting insights to partners</li> <li>High attention to detail with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What to expect:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>A role with direct impact on protecting JTI’s business, reputation, and supply chain</li> <li>Exposure to regional and international cooperation and stakeholders</li> <li>Opportunities for professional development within a global organization</li> <li>A dynamic working environment guided by strong ethical and compliance standards</li> </ul> <p> </p><p> </p> <p>Are you ready to join us?
