Apply now! </p> <p><strong>Learn more: <a href="https://www.jti.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">jti.com</a></strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Department: Building & Facility </strong></p> <p><strong>Location: JTI AMC Malvar, Batangas</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Executes electrical and electronic activities on-site as directed.</p> <p> </p> </li> <li>Checks, analyzes, and troubleshoots electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical system drawings to ensure correct operation and supports system design; prepares cost estimates for work.</li> <li>Ensures compliance with permitting and safety requirements and coordinates with other departments as required.</li> <li>Ensures availability of equipment, materials, and tools prior to work execution; monitors and reports resource utilization, job scope changes, rework, or deferred maintenance, and maintains updated task logs and activity records.</li> <li>Implements routine preventive maintenance (PM) checks, including vibration and temperature inspections, and ensures proper logging and reporting of readings and equipment conditions.</li> <li>Performs repairs on static equipment such as LVSG switchboards, breakers, control units, PLCs, and similar systems, and supervises contractor work when required, including rigging and lifting operations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who are we looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or any related Engineering, Vocational, or Technical courses</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years professional experience in a similar position, or at least 5 years’ experience in the construction industry supervising BMS, automation, electrical, or green energy installation and coordination</li> <li>Good English communication skills, both written and spoken</li> <li>Knowledgeable in SAP EAM and ERF</li> <li>Electrical Installation & Maintenance NC II is required for Vocational/Technical course graduates</li> <li>Willing to work on shifting or rotating schedules</li> </ul><p> </p> <p>Are you ready to join us?
