Apply now! </p> <p><strong>Learn more: <a href="https://www.jti.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">jti.com</a></strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Department: Production - Make Pack</strong></p> <p><strong>Location: JTI AMC Malvar, Batangas</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Operate tobacco processing and cigarette making/packing machines independently to produce quality products in line with QA specifications while minimizing product on hold. </li> <li>Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety procedures, understanding potential hazards, and applying required control measures.</li> <li>Practice good housekeeping by complying with 5S standards, keeping the workplace clean and organized, and supporting environmental protection activities.</li> <li>Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support smooth operations.</li> <li>Comply with EHS procedures, labor laws, company policies, and work instructions, and perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.</li> <li>Demonstrate safe behavior at all times by following safety rules, attending training, and promptly reporting incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Who are we looking for </strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>High school or vocational graduate preferred.</li> <li>1–2 years of relevant experience.</li> <li>Basic English (reading/writing) and math skills.</li> <li>Good communication, multitasking, and basic technical/computer skills.</li> <li>Willing to work on a rotating or shifting schedules.</li> </ul><p> </p> <p>Are you ready to join us?
