The role is based in Casablanca, Morocco.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></p> <p>Reporting to Regional Corporate Security Director, you will represent the Corporate Security MENEAT team within the N&WA Cluster. Your key focus will be performing risk analysis and establishing security related procedures. You will be involved in hands on implementation of practices targeted at leading local crisis management.</p> <p>Your main areas of responsibilities shall be:</p> <ul> <li>Performing risk assessments within the Cluster.</li> <li>Establishing and rolling out security related programs.</li> <li>Taking care of safety related initiatives, exercises and drills.</li> <li>Performing corporate security audit program, background checks and due diligence and investigations.</li> <li>Managing corporate knowledge, records, promoting relevant best practices in order to ensure continuous improvement of corporate security deliverables.</li> <li>You will act as a liaison with market heads, law enforcement institutions, intelligence, and security agencies.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>University degree or equivalent professional experience within law reinforcement organizations or in the area of private security. Working in Corporate environment is a plus. </li> <li>5+ years of experience within a military, law enforcement or intelligence organization. Additionally private sector security experience is highly beneficial.</li> <li>English, French is essential, Arabic is a must.</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of local legislations related to security.</li> <li>Good overall knowledge within the area (Northern and Western Africa).</li> <li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li> <li>Solid leadership potential.</li> <li>Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking.</li> <li>Sense of accountability and proactivity is a must.</li> <li>Ability to find solutions and drive results.</li> </ul><p> </p> <p>Are you ready to join us?
