style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Solid professional experience in software engineering within enterprise or complex delivery environments</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Strong foundations in modern software development, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and Agile / DevOps environments, using modern DevOps tools (AzDO and GitHub preferred)</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Practical experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI assisted development tools (code generation, testing, analysis, automation)</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Knowledge of AI assisted software engineering trends (e.g. SDD
