AI and Marketing & Sales (M&S) solutions. This position is responsible for developing the 3+ year architecture roadmaps for JTI, ensuring its long-term operational efficiency and sustainability. What will you do – Responsibilities: Strategic Architecture Planning for JTI platform solutions: <ul type="disc"> <li>Develop and maintain JTI technology/solution architecture roadmap considering industry trends, business requirements, strategic portfolio of upcoming initiatives and technology roadmaps</li> <li>Establish strong working relationship with IT Teams, whose technologies are used in JTI application landscape</li> <li>Leverage the relationship to ensure strong support for JTI and influence vendors' product development and direction</li> <li>Ensure that AI solution architecture is aligned with the principles and directions established by the enterprise architecture</li> </ul> Solution architecture services for projects: <ul type="disc"> <ul type="disc"> <li>Participate as advisor and support the projects to ensure that technology selection is aligned with the standards</li> <li>Provide balanced architecture evaluation considering project delivery constraints and the sustainability of the solution for the business</li> <li>Approve non-standard or pilot technology use in specific projects</li> <li>Propose innovative solutions to address digital sales opportunities, leveraging existing or new solutions</li> <li>Provide proactive feedback to BTS process team leads, project sponsors and top management.</li> </ul> </ul> Define and maintain architecture standards for platforms <ul type="disc"> <ul type="disc"> <li>Establish and maintain consistent architecture standards for JTI Platforms</li> <li>Architecture standards should consider solution platform, integration, UX and BI requirements, security and data management</li> <li>Standards should be created in alignment with JTI IT standards, vendor and technology constraints, business requirements, development and operations processes</li> <li>Promote, communicate architecture standards on a regular basis</li> <li>Work with BTS, Development Teams and Data & Analytics to ensure compliance to standards</li> <li>Propose potential optimizations to simplify architecture </li> </ul> </ul> Who are we looking for – Requirements: Education: University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field or relevant experience Work experience: working experience on the following new technology trends: <ul type="disc"> <li>5+ years of Architecture and IT/Business process management experience</li> <li>5+ years of experience and demonstrable knowledge of ML and AI including industrialization and governance</li> <li>5+ years of experience in solution design for enterprise platforms</li> <li>3+ years of experience in cloud and digital technologies (e.g. Azure, Databricks Magento)</li> <li>Experience in Solution Architecture tasks and methods, good understanding of enterprise and solution architecture concepts and standards</li> <li>ArchiMate knowledge is a plus</li> </ul> Language: English professional proficiency (spoken and written) What are the next steps: <ul type="disc"> <li>Interview with GBS Talent Attraction Expert </li> <li>Online interview with the Hiring Manager and one of their Team</li> <li>2nd Line Interview for Finalists</li> </ul> All applications will be reviewed.
