This role is essential for maintaining safety, quality, reliability, production targets, productivity, and cost efficiency. It exemplifies IWS Principles (Zero Loss Mindset, Servant Leadership, 100% Equipment Ownership) and ensures the prompt implementation of IWS capability development plans.</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">As the Cell Lead- FMD you will be: </span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Ensuring line results encompass safety, quality, reliability, production targets, productivity, and cost efficiency.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Establishing, maintaining, and enhancing the effectiveness of Daily Management Systems (DMS).</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Developing 24-hour action plans by prioritizing team efforts and allocating resources to support these plans.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Eliminating losses through root cause analysis and problem-solving.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Building the capabilities of line teams to foster self-sufficiency.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Ensuring compliance with JTI’s safety standards, quality requirements, and Code of Conduct to maintain a safe and compliant work environment aligned with the EHS Objective & Target: zero incidents and BOS.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Recruiting, motivating, and guiding the professional development of team members reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Managing various tasks and projects as they arise or as requested by management.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify"><strong>Requirements: </strong></p> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering from an accredited college or university is preferred.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">1-2 years of professional experience in a managerial role within a production plant is advantageous.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Proficiency in English for effective verbal and written communication.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Experience managing multiple stakeholders.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Collaboration across various functions.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Familiarity with SAP is beneficial.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Knowledge of the tobacco industry and experience with IWS methodology are additional assets.</li> </ul><p> </p> <p>Are you ready to join us?
