Solutions Analyst</strong> is a hybrid role combining business analysis and <strong>hands-on data engineering</strong>, acting as a bridge between business and IT while also supporting the design, development, and optimization of scalable data solutions.</p> <p>In this role, you will work closely with business, IT, and data teams to translate business needs into <strong>data pipelines, integrations, and analytics-ready solutions</strong>, ensuring reliable and efficient data flow across systems.</p> <p>This position plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making by <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>As an IT Business Solutions Analyst, you will:</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li> <div>Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT, translating requirements into <strong>data-driven solutions and technical specifications</strong></div> </li> <li> <div>Design, build, and maintain <strong>data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes</strong> using Azure technologies</div> </li> <li> <div>Support <strong>data ingestion, transformation, and integration</strong> across multiple systems</div> </li> <li> <div>Participate in <strong>data migration and system implementation projects</strong>, including planning and execution</div> </li> <li> <div>Work with structured and unstructured data to ensure <strong>availability, quality, and consistency</strong></div> </li> <li> <div>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver <strong>analytics-ready datasets and reporting solutions</strong></div> </li> <li> <div>Support <strong>data modeling and data architecture design</strong> for reporting and analytics use cases</div> </li> <li> <div>Support incident and problem management activities to minimize business disruption and ensure continuity of operations</div> </li> <li> <div>Monitor and optimize <strong>data pipelines, workflows, and system performance</strong></div> </li> <li> <div>Ensure compliance with <strong>data governance, security, and quality standards</strong></div> </li> <li> <div>Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring minimal impact to business <p><strong>Requirements</strong>: </p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li> <div>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field</strong></div> </li> <li> <div><strong>At least 2 years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar roles</strong></div> </li> <li> <div>Proven experience designing and building <strong>ETL/ELT pipelines</strong></div> </li> <li> <div>Strong experience with <strong>Azure data services</strong>, such as: <ul> <li>Azure Data Factory (ADF)</li> <li>Azure Databricks</li> <li>Azure Data Lake (ADLS)</li> </ul> </div> </li> <li> <div>Experience working with <strong>cross-functional teams (business + IT)</strong></div> </li> <li> <div>Strong proficiency in <strong>SQL and data scripting</strong> (e.g., Python)</div> </li> <li> <div>Experience with <strong>data modeling</strong>, data transformation, and data integration across systems</div> </li> <li> <div>Hands-on experience working with <strong>data pipelines, large datasets, and data platforms</strong></div> </li> <li> <div>Strong <strong>stakeholder management and communication skills</strong></div> </li>
