Plan international Egypt implements programmes designed to enable communities to improve the lives of the most marginalised children and their families. Plan Egypt’s Country Strategy focuses on five strategic objectives.</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Through a five-interconnected, gender transformative and context-fit country objectives, PIE intends along with the various stakeholders at all levels to continue delivering positive and transformative changes so that <strong>“Children, especially girls, and young people grow up in an enabling environment, realizing their rights and contributing in both development and humanitarian settings as active agents of change”.</strong></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="color:deepskyblue;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>THE OPPORTUNITY</strong></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">You will be responsible of follow up and monitoring of the project at the Program Area level (Cairo), while ensuring a seamless integration and quality of deliverables in line with the Country Strategy. You will design, implement, monitor and report on progress of project activities in line with detailed implementation plan. You will work with various stakeholders and partners.</span></p> <p> </p><p style="text-align:justify"><span style="color:deepskyblue;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></p> <ul style="text-align:justify"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Design and implement MHPSS group and individual sessions using participatory, community-based approaches.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide surge technical support and guidance to project staff at local level.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Compile progress reports, document best practices, and share lessons learned.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Mentor and coach case workers to improve case management and psychosocial support services.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure timely reporting of project activities per donor and internal requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Facilitate project implementation plans, coordination, and teamwork.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Identify and select children with mental health issues for therapy based on screening criteria.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Identify GBV and disability cases and provide appropriate psychosocial support.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Track attendance, document beneficiaries, and assess MHPSS effectiveness.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Refer participants needing clinical treatment using established protocols.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Maintain confidentiality in all sessions per policies and laws.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collect beneficiary data, prepare progress reports, and highlight challenges and lessons learned.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinate closely with technical staff to integrate activities.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Embed gender equality, inclusion, child safeguarding, monitoring, and security policies in implementation.</span></li> <li looking for:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Someone with a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies or similar field. </span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Should have 3-5 years of experience with a proven record of success at a similar level preferably in an INGO<strong> </strong>sector.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Should have proven experience and ability to coordinate and collaborate with different civil society and Community based organization.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Someone experienced in planning, conducting, and
