Working in collaboration with local partners and the Melting Pot Foundation (MPF), you will lead all phases of the project management cycle to ensure the achievement of project outcomes, donor compliance and Plan International minimum standards. You will bridge the gap between Cairo’s hospitality sector demand and the limited access young people have to quality training by ensuring the delivery of competency-based culinary training, structured internships and employment pathways. With partners, this role will oversee delivery, monitoring, and evaluation, address deviations and risks while optimizing daily operations across logistics, finance, and HR. Ensure accurate reporting, timely procurement and payments, budget control, and realignment when needed.
