The Opportunity Plan International is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as Innovative Finance and Private Sector Lead (Asia Pacific). This is a critical regional role responsible for driving innovative financing and private sector engagement across the region, enabling Plan to diversify funding and unlock sustainable, scalable impact for children, particularly girls. The role will lead the identification, design, and delivery of blended finance, impact investment, and corporate partnerships, working across Country Offices, National Offices, and global teams. Working in a complex, matrixed federation, you will collaborate across teams to build a strong pipeline of partnerships, mobilise private capital, and position Plan as a leader in innovative finance and private sector engagement.
