The position ensures the provision of secure, reliable, and efficient technology services that support business continuity, enhance user productivity, and enable the achievement of organisational goals.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong> </strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Develop and implement IT operational and disaster recovery plans to ensure continuity of services.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ensure system security, access control, and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Maintain reliable IT infrastructure, applications, and connectivity to support business operations.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Provide timely first-line IT support and resolve user issues effectively.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Perform proactive maintenance of IT systems to ensure business continuity and service levels.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Support programme delivery within PIIAs through effective IT solutions and information management.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Build user capacity by enhancing IT skills among staff and communities.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies and perform additional duties as required</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Support to implement ICT operational plans (including information security) to ensure continuous delivery and operation of Information Systems.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Support the implementation of ICT disaster recovery plans within the business continuity plan to ensure timely and effective restoration of ICT services in the event of a disaster.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Recommend for approval the ICT infrastructure that complies with corporate standards for business continuity</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Maintain agreed levels of service provision and service levels to ensure compliance.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Control appropriate Information Security plans to optimise the use of technology in support of the organisation’s objectives.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>About You</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">We are looking to recruit person (s) with:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant professional experience</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Demonstrated expertise in designing, deploying, and managing LAN/WAN infrastructure and telecommunications networks.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Strong hands-on experience in administering enterprise systems, including Microsoft Server environments, SQL Server, and email platforms (e.g., Exchange/Office 365).</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Proven experience in implementing, managing, and supporting organisational information systems and related technologies.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Solid understanding of IT service management, system security, and business continuity practices.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Capability to communicate ideas and technical information to a non-technical audience</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Working collaboratively as a team player, listens actively and values contributions</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span
